Panneerselvam

As we listen to a hymn of hope and devotion, we enter the life of Panneerselvam, a tea plantation worker who has been plucking leaves at the Bombay Burma Trading Company's tea estate in Valparai, Tamil Nadu for over 28 years. The film tells the story of this endearing 54 year old woman, her zest for life and commitment to her work. Besides being a Public Service Announcement for Fairtrade India, 'Panneerselvam' is an insight into the life of a woman whose incredible passion for running is testament of her determination to succeed.
